I'm reaching out regarding a few issues I've encountered with Side Space, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving them:
Tab Group Duplication Bug
When I select a registered group tab in the workspace and choose “Switch” → “Open in current window,” Chrome starts creating an unlimited number of new tab groups instead of opening the existing one. This seems to cause continuous duplication of tab groups.
License Upgrade Confirmation
I recently paid for an upgrade. Where can I verify that my account is actually using the upgraded version? Is there a way to clearly confirm the upgrade status?
License Key Activation Issue
I purchased the lifetime license and entered the license key under the “Register License” section in settings. However, there was no confirmation, and the field still prompts me to enter the key again, even after submitting it.
Dashboard Visibility Problem
Although I used the same email address for both the license purchase and my Side Space account, the license does not appear in the License Management dashboard. It seems my account is not recognizing the license I purchased.
Could you please guide me on how to fix these issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
