Collapse the vertical tab bar, uncollapse on hover

Implement a feature to collapse the vertical tab manager into a smaller vertical bar that displays only the space icons. When the user moves the mouse over this smaller vertical bar, it should automatically expand to show the full tab manager, with the space corresponding to the hovered icon.
